All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, a refueling fee will apply.
We offer various insurance plans to protect you during your rental. Renters can choose to use their own insurance or purchase coverage from CPW Rentals.
Please return your vehicle by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur additional charges. If you anticipate being late, contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Additional drivers must meet the same rental requirements and must be added to the rental agreement at the time of pickup. An additional fee may apply.
Renters are responsible for the vehicle's condition during the rental period. Any damage or issues must be reported immediately to avoid extra charges.
